JKM have extensive fault diagnostic capabilities for both mechanical and electrical issues thanks in part to our array of diagnostics equipment alongside highly experienced and trained staff.
All servicing is carried to JKM’s extremely high standards. Each Service, either a minor or major has an vehicle check and report carried out so we can advise you of your vehicles condition and highlight any items which may need attention either now or in the near future. We have the ability to take pictures or videos of any of these concerns, providing you with a digital visual for easy reference.
We can carry out all of the regular service elements your vehicle may need over time, including General Engine servicing, Brake Fluid Changes, Transmission Oil changes, Haldex Oil changes, Air Conditioning servicing and much more.

No. As we only fit and use Genuine Manufacture parts, have the specialist training, diagnostic tools and equipment and follow the manufacturer’s recommendations and services schedules, your warranty is protected by Law. We undertake all service work in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines for the vehicle and hence this will not invalidate your warranty.
Servicing restrictions were lifted in June 2010 by the Office of Fair Trading. Now by law, any servicing work carried out by trained personnel, using equipment fit for the task (Genuine original equipment) and following the manufacturer’s recommended service procedures, cannot affect the warranty of the vehicle. To summarise, you are free to take your car to an independent garage for its servicing provided these are carried out in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
We cannot carry out repairs under your manufacture warranty, however we will fully inspect your vehicle on each service and advise you if we believe you need to contact the dealership to arrange warrantee repair.
Yes we can, we will even provide you with a print out of this for your records.

Yes we can, this is carried out after every service. We will also put a reminder in our customer database to drop you a friendly reminder near to the next service date too.
If you are an existing customer we will have a history file of the work we have carried out over time and will know what service you are next due.
If you are a new customer we will ask you a few questions regarding your vehicles history and current mileage to help us establish which service is most suitable for your vehicle.
