APR 2.0 TFSI K04 Turbo
A direct bolt up turbo onto the 2.0 TFSI K03 Turbo Airflow system

Besides a stealthy and clean K04 turbo installation one of the greatest benefits of the APR K04 turbocharger system is its simple, yet elegant design. APR's CNC machined direct compressor recirculation port on the OEM compressor cover significantly reduces engine bay clutter.
The compact design removes extra charge piping volume used in typical K03 to K04 conversion - allowing for lightning fast boost response and less locations for boost leaks. Furthermore, charge air pressure is directed directly at the compressor wheel which helps keep the turbo spooled upon lifting the throttle, minimizing turbo lag.
JKM would highly recommend that you use the following OEM Diverter Valve with this application for the highest reliability levels.

The OEM K04 turbocharger features a turbo muffler designed to reduce turbocharger sound in the cabin, This also creates a restriction in the boost pressure delivery stream. APR removes the turbo muffler not only to enhance the sound of the turbocharger, but also to smooth the airflow across the previously baffled muffler section. This modification eliminates the need to purchase an OEM S3 turbo discharger pipe.
A clean and simple CNC flange developed by APR's Engineering Team is bolted directly to the compressor cover in place of the OEM turbo muffler. A long mounting surface provides an excellent slip proof surface for mounting the silicon discharge hose and an o-ring between the flanges ensures a life of leak proof operation.

Complete K03 to K04 'Conversion Kit' using an APR 2.0 TFSI K04 Turbo

If you have the required skills and knowledge to perform a 2.0 TFSI K04 turbo upgrade yourself on your own engine then JKM can provide the APR K04 Turbocharger along with all the remaining parts required to complete a K04 hardware upgrade.
You will get all of the hardware items required to perform the K03 to K04 upgrade in one complete package - meaning no more trips to a parts supplier as you work out what you "think" is required or worst 'forget' to change. Please note that this kit will not include any form of software.

• High Flow Silicone turn down arm - Fitment to your existing turbo discharge pipework
• Turbocharger Oil feed pipe including required oil sealing washers
• 4 x Audi S3 TFSI Fuel injectors
• 4 x TFSI Injector installation seal kits. Please note that an FSI Injector installation kit is required in order to remove your old injectors and install these injectors correctly.
• All of the required new OEM gaskets such as Inlet and exhaust gaskets along with all required bolts, Nuts, Spring Clips, Fasteners and seals for an all OEM part installation.
• Please be aware that NO SOFTWARE is included in this hardware upgrade kit - Contact JKM if you required suitable & well proven performance software.

Important Installation / Supply terms associated with purchasing a K04 upgrade kit / turbo.
Please note that JKM do not supply any form of installation instructions with the K04 upgrade kit. You will be essentially supplied a kit of parts.
You are advised to purchase this kit ONLY IF YOU ARE COMPENTENT with the 2.0 TFSI engine and are competent at the working processes and procedures required when working on the 2.0 TFSI engine.
JKM do not have technical support staff in place to offer step by step guidance and support during installation - for this level of hardware upgrade.
JKM can guarantee that you will be supplied with all of the required parts to complete the installation and the parts will be self explanatory for an experienced installing Technician when performing this conversion. Therefore JKM highly advise that this upgrade is ONLY INSTALLED BY QUALIFIED COMPENTANT PERSONAL.
JKM will not accept any form of liability from incorrectly installed components or damages that arise as a result of incorrectly installed items, or by not following recommended workshop practices or procedures.
