Specifically for the customer who wants MORE POWER & TORQUE from their (200PS) 2.0 TFSI engine. Choosing to upgrade your 2.0 TFSI engines turbo from a K03 to a K04 is a very popular conversion for many reasons. You will make extremely impressive power and torque but yet retain the TFSI engines smoothness and drive qualities. See dyno graphs below The K03 to K04 upgrade on a 2.0 TFSI engine provides superb acceleration in any gear - with the minimum of turbo lag! This conversion will provide you with the best all round combination of torque and horsepower for a street car from the K04 turbo - exploiting this fantastic engine and importantly remaining economical when driven sensibly.	*This Package is for the following applications:* VW Golf MK5 GTI, (200 PS) VW Jetta, (200 PS) Audi A3, (200 PS) SEAT Leon FR, (200 PS) SKODA Octavia VRS, (200 PS)
The JKM TFSI K03 to K04 upgrade package will change a large number of the key hardware components that differentiate the 2.0 TFSI K03 turbocharged (200PS) engine from the 2.0 TFSI K04 turbo equipped (260/265 PS) Audi S3 engine (see below). If you have already substantially modified your K03 turbo equipped car to the extent as per the JKM TFSI K03 Stage 2 package - then a JKM K04 upgrade would be the ideal 'next step' for you to make in advancing your cars performance further.	The Results below shows 'typical' results seen from this upgrade , many factors such as fuel grade etc will influence the power produced. 'Other' companies dynos may show higher or lower results! Typical BHP seen on JKM Dyno: 309 to 325 BHP Typical Torque seen on JKM Dyno: 290 to 325 Ft/Lb
• Audi S3 2.0 TFSI K04 Turbocharger & Audi S3 TFSI Fuel injectors • Diverter Valve Relocation to front of engine along with all required air flow pipe work • Audi S3 Turbo discharge pipe work and Diverter valve pipe work • Audi S3 throttle to intercooler pipe work (on front of engine) • All of the required OEM gaskets, bolts, nuts, clips and fasteners required for a complete all OEM part installation. • Modification to your High flow intake for the K04 Diverter Valve return pipe work. • Software upgrade *FROM:* REVO Stage 2+ TO REVO K04 turbo software to allow this conversion to run 100% correctly.(Stand alone the Revo K04 software is £699+Vat) • Oil and Filter Change & Antifreeze change. • Road Data logging and testing to ensure all conversion elements are performing correctly. • Before and After Dyno Dynamics Rolling Road Power run tests!
