				Evolution Motorsports proudly announces the release of the highly anticipated V-flow Air Induction systems for the MK5 VW. Engineered utilizing state of the art CAD CAM 3D modelling, CNC machining, computer controlled Superflow air flow testing, rotational moulding, injection moulding and countless man hours, these systems represent the apex of air induction technologies. Additionally, Evolution Motorsports systems also incorporate a custom cotton air filter and a 6” injection moulded Venturi that acts as a vacuum for cold-air.

- JKM include the intake heatshield as standard with the V-Flow system
- Installs in the factory location.
- Utilises the factory ram air scoop for increased air flow and efficiency.
- Utilises a custom 5 layer, cotton air filter with pre-filter.
- Utilises a 6” injection molded Venturi that acts as a vacuum for cold-air.

Horsepower Gain typically seen : 7 - 10 BHP
Torque Gain typically seen : 8 - 12 Ft/Lb

- Please note that the EVOMS Induction system does not include a new engine cover. The stock cover can be extensively modified, an alternative can be sourced or the engine cover can be removed as in the picture above.

				Designed to mount within 30 minutes, this bolt on air intake does not require any permanent modifications (trimming your engine cover as shown in the images is optional). This air intake is designed to improve throttle response, power, and torque when used in conjunction with an aftermarket ECU software and/or exhaust system. Engineered utilizing state of the art CAD CAM 3D modelling, CNC machining and computer controlled Superflow air flow testing. This system is constructed from a single piece (no weld joints) of mandrel bent 18g steel tube with integrated Mass AirFlow sensor (MAF) boss and solid cam cover mounting boss.

For cars with the Diverter Valve mounted on the Turbocharger

A Cold Air Induction Kit for the Mk5 Golf, Seat Leon and Skoda Octavia 2.0litre TFSI engine (197 BHP). This kit comes complete with all the parts required and replaces the original airbox/engine cover. With a combination of polished alloy and silicone pipework we can offer a choice of hose colours.

- Please note that the Forge Motorsport Induction system does not include a new engine cover. The stock cover can be extensively modified, an alternative can be sourced or the engine cover can be removed as in the picture above.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Althougth JKM have relisted this item (29/12/2008) we have experienced fitting issues on some 2007/08 model cars that to the best of our knoweldge Forge have yet to rectified the design to allow for. This product is also not suitable for the new TFSI engine - engine codes CCTA or CBFA
