JKM Motor Services Ltd are primarily a VOLKSWAGEN, AUDI, SEAT &
SKODA specialist.
JKM Motor Services Ltd also operate a Rolling Road Dynamometer, and
we offer Performance Re - mapping for various Engine control units from
factory fitted to Aftermarket stand alone units.

JKM Motor Services Ltd has been established since 2002. JKM Performance
was lauched in the summer of 2006.
The Directors of JKM Motor Services Ltd are James Mew and Katie Mew
(Brother and Sister).
JKM has a fully equipped large 3 bay automotive workshop, along with
a 1200BHP Rolling road housed in its own purpose constructed building.
We also have a general site reception where we happily accept personal
callers during business hours. JKM are not an Internet only business,
giving you extra piece of mind that you can visit our site if ever you
wish to meet us in person.
Making
a Purchase with JKM
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our On Line
store and add any items that you wish to purchase into the shopping
Basket. When you 'Checkout' you will have the option to pay using any
major credit/debit card or by your existing Paypal® account if you
have one.
JKM
DO NOT CHARGE OR
PASS ON
any additional charges for the use of Paypal® as
the checkout method -unlike what some of our competion does.
All checkout methods that JKM offer are secured by over a 128-bit encryption
link (the highest commercially available present - October 2008).
Shipping
and Handling
JKM Motor Services are based in Bolde Close, Copnor, Portsmouth, England,
United Kingdom and we can ship most of our products worldwide, please
contact us for an accurate international shipping
cost.
At the descression of JKM there are numerous countries in the world
that we do not send items to, please contact JKM with you location and
we will inform you.
All shipping will be done using an insured service and a signature will
be required on Delivery for most items.
JKM use either Parcelforce® 24hr, Parcelforce®
48hr or by Postoffice® First Class
Recorded Delivery methods for UK delivery and we use either DHL,
UPS or TNT for International
shipments and deliveries.
A delivery attempted card should be left by the courier/postal services
if nobody is able to accept delivery when the delivery company attempts.
It is the customer’s responsibility to liaise with the courier
for re-delivering of the shipment.
JKM Motor Servcies aim to despatch any items in stock ordered before
2pm, on the same day as the order is recieved.
For Items that are non stock, we aim to despatch within 3-5 working
days.
Please note that if you are from the Highlands
and Islands of Scotland - specifically postcodes IV,
HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50,
ZE - then we reserve the right to increase shipping charges
to you due to the increased cost to JKM through our couriers and postal
services.
Special order items, and Items that are on back order with the supplying
company will be despatched as soon as they become available, JKM
will inform you by Email if your item is on back order.

All prices shown on our site (unless specfically labled so) are EXCLUDING
VAT that will be charged at the prevailing rate ( The current rate as
of 1st January 2010 is 17.5 % ).

card security and our Security certificates.
When the order is placed on our website we do not hold credit/debit
card numbers. These are taken when transferred to our Secure Payment
Gateway operated by the Paypal® payment facility.

which has a dedicated SSL (Secure

as part of the order fulfillment.
Once we have your Email details on file we may Email you in the future

Returns
Policy
The Law :
Your rights to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling
Directive and the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Details can be found at :

It is your responsibility to ensure that a product will fit your application,
and is suitable for the use you intend it to be.
Return of items for replacement :
If the goods we send you are found to be faulty or damaged on receipt,
and prior to installation, please contact us by Phone or Email to arrange
for a replacement.
Return of items for refund :
The above regulations permit you a 7 day cooling off period in which
time you may return the goods to us for a refund. Please note that if
you are returning goods because you have simply changed your mind then
you must contact us by email first at enquiries@jkm.org.uk.
Returns will not be accepted under any circumstance 28 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to JKM and
the returns must be made by either recorded or registered delivery so
that you can be sure we receive them.
The returned goods must also be in as new condition with the
original undamaged packaging. Once we receive the goods back
we will refund the original purchase price excluding the initial delivery
cost to you.
Please be aware that any item(s) that are returned to JKM due to the
customer 'changing their mind' then a 15% handling charge will be applied
to the returned goods.
Remittance
terms
Your Credit or Debit card will be charged usually on the day that you
place your order with us. You will receive a confirmation of your order
via Email and confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully.
Please note that as we use PayPal® to initiate payment transactions,
this element of order process is not directly under control by JKM Motor
Services Ltd. Please note that if you wish to have a refund on a product
then it typically takes 2 to 4 days to complete due to the operating
timescales introduced through PayPal® systems.

guidelines and safety procedures supplied with any of our products and
to determine the compatibility of the product with the vehicle or the
application the purchaser wishes to install the product on.

be carried out by professionally qualified auto engineers only.
JKM Motor Services Ltd – JKM Performance assumes no responsibility
for damages occurring from accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation,
improper operation, lack of reasonable care, errors in instructions
or incompatibility with the vehicle or application.
Any correspondence between the purchaser and JKM Motor Services Ltd
– JKM Performance with respect to installation or compatibility
of products with vehicles or applications is offered 'as an opinion'
only.
In all cases it remains the responsibility of the purchaser to determine
compatibility of the products sold by JKM Motor Services Ltd –
JKM Performance before commencing installation on a vehicle or other
