  Forge Motorsport can boast one of the largest range of diverter valves available. This range extends from the very popular 1.8T direct fitment FMCL007P valve, to the latest 2.0TFSI switchable diverter valves and remote mounted TFSI Valves.

FMCL007P- Fast Road Closed loop Diverter Valve  
FMCL007P- Fast Road Closed loop Diverter Valve (With adjustable vacuum connection)
Made from billet aluminium, this recirculating diverter valve dumps the charge-air back into the air intake system keeping external noise to a minimum. This increases both quicker throttle response and higher clamping load to maintain boost pressure more reliably.

Where there are space limitations, or a side vacuum pipe connection is required, we can offer a replacement for the DV007P/DVR/DV001 valves giving a 360º option for the vacuum pipe positioning. These valves are especially useful on Porsche turbo installations or where engine covers restrictions are present.

FMDV001- Fast Road Dump Valve

 
FMDV004- Dual Piston Ram Dump Valve
Made from billet aluminium, this atmospheric diverter valve dumps the charge-air to atmosphere creating t he "Whoosh" sound most commonly associated with rally cars when the throttle is lifted. This increases both quicker throttle response and higher clamping load to maintain boost pressure more reliably.
Not intended for use on MAF based cars
Unlike single piston or diaphragm diverter valves, this uses counter balanced springs and dual pistons to prevent the valve from leaking air into the intake system at idle. This prevents our diverter valves suffering any of the failures associated with single piston and diaphragm type diverter valves. Not intended for use on MAF based cars

FMDVSPLTR- The Splitter Valve
Made from billet aluminium, this recirculating diverter valve dumps the charge-air back into the air intake system keeping external noise to a minimum. This increases both quicker throttle response and higher clamping load to maintain boost pressure more reliably.
 
The Splitter is a truly remarkable valve that gives a combination of blow off and recirculation valve operation all at the same time and has been specifically designed for the many VAG 1.8T applications. This means you get all the noise of the blow off valve whilst retaining the compatibility with the recirculation requirements of the engine management system. As a bonus we also offer the ability to convert the valve to recirculation only mode for those times when stealth running is required.

Yet another first for the Volkswagen and Audi Tuning Market from Forge ! With the introduction of the VAG 2.0 litre FSi Turbo Engine, and the procurement of Forges development/project car, they have developed a Patented Atmospheric Blow-Off Valve adapter specifically designed to fit this application. Simple in execution, yet offering the desirable atmospheric blow-off valve sound, this product has been designed to be fully compatible with the Bosch ME9 engine management systems employed on the following vehicles: Audi A3 2.0T FSI Audi B7 A4 2.0T FSI Volkswagen MK5 Golf GTI/Jetta GLI 2.0T FSI.
 
A switchable valve for the VAG 2.0 litre FSi Turbo engine which allows a choice of Blow off (loud) / Blow off and partial recirculation (intermediate) or total recirculation (quiet). This gives you the choice of exactly how loud you wish your valve to be . Please note the adjustable FMFSiTA valve is not suitable for the Audi A4 due to clearance issues - please use the FMDVFSiT for these vehicles.

FMFSITR- VAG 2.0 TFSI (Atmospheric)
(Adaption Spacer for 2007 on S3 / Golf 30 / Leon Cupra )
   
This spacer fits the remote mounted solenoid valves, as found on the 2007 year models, Audi S3, 30th Edition Golf and Leon Cupra , with the 2.0 litre FSIT engines. For earlier model years with the turbocharger mounted valve please see FMDVFSIT. Available in machined alloy finish only.

FMFSITVR - Replacement Vacuum operated Valve for VAG 2.0 FSiT - with remotely located valves as per following:
(260 PS Audi S3, MK5 Golf Edition 30,Seat Leon Cupra)
  FMFSITV - Replacement Vacuum operated Valve for VAG 2.0 FSiT - with Valve located on the turbo itself as per:
(200PS 2.0 TFSI engines such as Golf GTI and Leon FR)
For owners of VAG vehicle equipped with the all new 2.0T FSI engine that have the electronically controlled bypass valves, situated at the front of the engine, Forge can now offer an alternative to this OEM Valve.

This product is applicable for the following 2.0 TFSI applications where the OEM valve is mounted remotely: Audi S3(8P), VW MK5 Golf Edition 30 and the Seat Leon Cupra.
 
Many owners of any VAG vehicle equipped with the all new 2.0T FSI engine, have unfortunately discovered, that the OEM electronically controlled bypass valves, which bolts directly to the compressor cover of the turbocharger, have their limitations. If you are running increased boost pressures, after a software remap (chip), or the OEM valve is being subjected to high temperatures, the lifespan of the unit will be significantly reduced.

This product is applicable for the following 2.0 TFSI applications:
VW Golf MK5 GTI/Jetta GLI, VW Eos, VW Passat (B6)
Audi A3, Audi TT, Audi A4 (B7), SEAT Leon FR, Skoda Octavia VRS TFSI.
